line. It is enclosed with a cover, prevent heat-loss effectively.

A shaped plucker A shaped plucker is the main equipment of the slaughter line. The
whole body is made of stainless steel. It plucks birds by plucking
finger friction. Each plucking cabinet can be adjusted up and down,
forward and backward. The angle of the plucking box is adjustable
especially. That guarantees the plucking effect and protects the
bird skin and bone from damaging. |  |
screw chiller Screw chiller is one of the most important machines on the
slaughter line. It is used to cool the carcass after evisceration.
It is working with ice or cold water to make the carcass cool.
